Correct or confirm a listing

If something on a listing is wrong or out of date, tell us. Correcting or confirming a listing is free.

How to send it

Please include:

1. The region and the firm's name, or the address of the listing page.
2. What is wrong, and what it should say.
3. A link where the right fact can be read: the firm's own website or an official register.
4. If you work for the firm, your role, so we know the firm is confirming its own listing.

What happens next

• We change a fact only when a source supports it, and the listing shows that source and the date it was read.
• When the firm itself confirms or corrects its listing, the listing shows "Confirmed by the firm" with the date. See verification levels.
• Facts from a public record, such as a registration and its status, stay on the listing with their date. What we fix and what we remove.
